Cannon Fodder is a local multiplayer brawler type game made for a 48 hour game jam in Unity. Its main mechanic consists of the “cannon” that the characters wield - it's used to attack enemies and to move. No traditional movement exists: players can only move by blasting themselves with their cannon. The closer the character is to the blast, the further they are flung.

The aim of the game is to knock your opponents off of the map, while using your cannon to keep yourself on the map at the same time, last player standing wins.

There are three distinct maps for players to choose from, and three power-ups to be picked up to modify the cannon and the character's behaviour. After the jam I also added AI opponents so that fewer than 4 people could still enjoy the fully fledged chaos.
