TERG (working title) is a Terraria-style game with randomly generated, fully destructible worlds, focused around resource gathering/production, automation, building and NPC interaction. It has been in the works for a long while, currently being rebuilt in a custom C++, OpenGL based engine. The original Java prototype was developed together with Karl Ward.

Above is a preview of a randomly generated world, with dirt/stone layers, forests, grass, caves, ore veins and waterfalls. The title image features the player and their inventory bar, a generator hooked up to some batteries and a robot that's mining for ores.
